Got Apple Cider Vinegar?
One of my favorite Daily Health Habits is pretty simple and tasty too!
We’ve all likely read about the health benefits of Apple Cider Vinegar (ACV) but cringe at the thought of actually drinking the nasty stuff! Well it’s one of my favorite things to drink in the morning BUT I mix it with Distilled Water, Organic Lemon (about a half of a lemon, squeeze really good), and just one tablespoon of Organic Apple Cider Vinegar (I get Bragg’s Organic) and it tastes great. Additionally I often include a 100% pure aloe which is great for digestion and overall great gut health. The lemon is effective in breaking up the taste of the ACV and is detoxifying in itself.
There are hundreds of benefits of Apple Cider Vinegar and you will see them pretty instantaneously once adopting this daily health habit! A few of the notable benefits are as follows:
- Weight loss
- Good for Gut Health
- Skin clarity from ingesting but also can be used directly on your face (dilute half hour water with ACV) and rub on your face especially to reduce the visibility of dark spots)
- Greatly reduce if not eliminate heartburn
- Akaline Acid Balance (seems counter intuitive but it works to reduce the effects of the acidic foods in the typical American diet)
- Great for sore throat and assisting in curing allergies
Please note: it is not recommended to drink ACV straight as it will burn the esophagus lining. Dilute with water when you are drinking ACV.
